How do I return my order for free?

We only offer free returns to deliveries despatched to a UK postal address. We include a Freepost label with all our deliveries. Simply attached the label to your parcel and take to your nearest post office. There is no need to contact us when posting a return. You will receive an email when your return is processed. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to reach your bank account.


Can I use my gift card online?

Your gift card is valid for 24 months from purchase and will be forfeit if not used in that time frame.

Kurt Geiger gift cards can only be redeemed online at or in a Kurt Geiger store in the UK including airport stores. Kurt Geiger gift cards cannot be used in a Kurt Geiger concession.

If I pay with a gift card, will I be refunded with a gift card?

Yes – refunds are always done to the payment method used for the original transaction.
