When receiving a parcel, you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to receive your parcel. Our couriers will not leave your delivery with your neighbours.

All purchases made with a Gift Card will be refunded the original method of payment.
Why not return to one of our stores?
We are pleased to accept any return or exchange in all Kurt Geiger stores around the UK. Concessions and airports do not accept online returns.
Please bring all order documents included in the package as these are needed to perform the store exchange or refund.
UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Returns
Returns from the UK mainland and Northern Ireland are free of charge. A returns label and instructions will be included in your shipment. To print out a replacement label click here.
We offer a 14 day return period for unworn purchases. Please see our Terms of Sale for full terms of our policy.
- Please keep your despatch note as proof of purchase.
- Your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process after you post the goods back to us. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed.
- Fill out the returns form enclosed in your package and note whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Attach the postage label provided to the parcel.
- Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office, you will not be charged to send your goods back to us.
- The Post Office will provide you with a Proof of Postage receipt; you should keep this as it contains the tracking information for your parcel. Please note that without your Royal Mail receipt, we cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.
- PayPal Payments. Please note that currently stores are unable to process returns where the original payment method was PayPal and these should be sent back to the warehouse via our Free Returns service. To print out a replacement label click here.
Swimwear, earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact
Extended Christmas returns policy
We are happy to extend our current returns policy to the following for any purchases made at www.kurtgeiger.fr from 24th November to 24th December 2013. All purchases made within the above dates can be returned to our online returns team for a full refund/exchange until Sunday 26th January 2014.
Items purchased online can also be returned to a Kurt Geiger store for a full refund until Sunday 5th January 2014. Online purchases can not be returned to concession or airport stores.
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on an international delivery; you will need to pay for items to be shipped back to the UK.
International kurtgeiger.com purchases can only be returned by post/courier as we do not offer a collection service.
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on kurtgeiger.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
International Returns Process
Follow the instructions below to return your item(s):
- Fill out the form enclosed in your package.
- Please ensure you mark whether you would like a refund or an exchange and reason for return.
- Use the resealable packaging on your Kurt Geiger outer box to seal your package.
- Take your package(s) to your nearest Postal Service/Courier and send to the following address:

If you would like to exchange any product from the site, please specify the new size you would like to receive on the document enclosed in your package.
Please then follow the International Returns instructions above.
Select the reason for your exchange and follow the returns process above.
We endeavour to send your exchanged item within 2-3 weeks of receiving your item to our warehouse. We will not charge you for the delivery cost of exchanged items.
